I started over with the knowledge and experience I had. In 2025, IYZIQ was born. Today, I'm focused on building this business as its Founder and CEO.

Acknowledging mistakes and reviewing the numbers

In my post on 28 July 2025, I shared the decisions I had to face to start over. Demand had fallen, but I still hoped things would return to the way they were. I had not managed cash flow well, while the business's commitments continued.

I began by reviewing all the numbers. I cut my own salary, sold an unnecessary car, stopped excessive commissions and closed projects that were not profitable. I needed to take responsibility for my decisions as a leader.

Starting over with a small team

After that, I began with a small team and trained them from scratch. I became a livestream host myself, created content, edited videos, designed images and prepared captions and scripts.

I chose TikTok even though I was a complete beginner. With help from friends, I learned one step at a time. I still had my earlier experience, but I needed to accept that there was much more to learn.

From starting over to IYZIQ
